45ml Eristof Vodka
15ml St Germain Elderflower
30ml Blueberry Puree
20ml Lemon Juice
30ml Apple Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
8 mint leaves
3dsh Regans Bitters

Method
1. Shake all components
2. Fine strain into chilled glass

Ingredients
30ml Eristof Vodka
30ml Soho Lychee
30ml Lemon Juice
10ml Simple Syrup
30ml Pink Grapefruit Juice

Method
1. Add all components to mixing glass
2. Add ice and shake
3. Fine strain into glass

15ml Sugar Syrup

1.Dry shake, then shake again with ice & strain.
