Bondi Beach (born and bred!).
What do you do?
Fashion Director and Head Buyer of mycatwalk.com.
What can’t you live without?
The ocean, it’s always been my next door neighbour.
What is Sydney’s best kept secret?
An Epsom salt floatation tank at Bondi Junction’s Massage and Float Centre. I know it sounds strange but give it a go – it’s so relaxing and invigorating for your skin, mind and body.
What blogs do you look at for inspiration?
I prefer trawling through individual pictorials on tumblr and random art sites than following blogs. I’m also an avid fan of The Cool Hunter.
What makes for a stylish woman?
One that is graceful, independent and comfortable in her own skin. She makes her own decisions, and no matter what she wears, always glows.
Who’s your style icon?
Daria Werbowy always looks like heaven but my iconic style inspiration comes more from the muses of Helmut Newtown’s snapshots.
What are your top three styling tips?
Minimal make-up, a stand out accessory piece and dry shampoo (seriously).
What five pieces should every girl have this season?
A Dion Lee line II piece (I can’t wait for it to land!), a Benah Bag, ManiaMania Abbey Lee limited edition ring, Ksubi Jing shorts and a bright coloured maxi skirt with side split.
You are also quite the artist. Where do you go for all your art supplies?
Bondi Road Art Supplies and Oxford Art Supplies in Paddington are my main hits. I don’t use much though – just pencils, charcoal, sketchbooks, acrylic/oil and a canvas as large as I can carry out of the shop.
You are known around town as an Aussie label expert, so who’s your prediction for the next big thing?
Michael Lo Sordo – he nailed Rosemount Fashion week this year and is a new addition for MyCatwalk.com. I am also very excited about the underground newcomer Lanphi and also the launch of Line II by Dion Lee (it’s my favourite collection of the season).
Who’s your favourite brands for….
Jeans: Current Elliott
Underwear: Lonely Hearts lingerie.
Watch: My blackberry!
Shoes: Just one? Impossible.
