Rapper, uber-producer, designer, collaborator and now creator of architecture for a good cause.

Pharrell Williams has plans to build a $35 million, 30,000 square foot youth centre in his hometown, Virginia Beach. Kids will be able to get homework help, play around in a digital music lab and meet with mentors. “I believe the architecture of a building says a lot about its soul and I wanted a building for the centre that makes a statement to the world and the kids, something that will stand as a monument of optimism,” says Williams.

Creativity with a cause. And cute to boot.  We love it.
