Our Yoga is authentic, guided by teachers who live and breathe their disciplines, and embrace Yoga as a way of life. Kāya provides various styles of Yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin. We offer a variety of Fitness Classes such as Spinning® and Zumba® and access to our dedicated cardio and weights zone.
